It mainly constructs a chloromethane production unit, as well as a storage tank for raw materials and finished products, supporting auxiliary engineering facilities, and purchases more than 200 sets of reaction kettles, centrifuges, condensers, etc. and supporting equipment. This project involves existing engineering and environmental protection: the existing project is 34,000 tons/year of fourth-generation new fluorine materials, the acid gas in the process waste gas is pretreated by secondary alkali spray, and the organic waste gas is pretreated by secondary condensation + secondary activated carbon After adsorption treatment, it is discharged through a 30m high exhaust pipe to meet the standard; production wastewater and domestic sewage are pretreated by the sewage treatment station in the factory area and connected to the sewage pipe network in the park; the main equipment noise is vacuum units, fans, pumps, circulating water pumps, cooling towers and other equipment noise, through sound insulation and shock absorption and other treatment measures, the factory boundary can meet the standard; the hazardous waste is handed over to qualified units for treatment.
